We finally worked out which water heater we were going to use, and ended up with the Noritz Tankless N-069M, a 190,000 Btu/h unit. Originally a 236,000Btu/h unit was specified (N-084) but we felt that was way overkill.

7633The HVAC unit is hooked up to both the supply and return. Apparently they tested the blower to see if it was putting out good volume at all of the outlets. Super!
In other news, that excavator made short work of the poor old house across the street!

The correct gas furnace was delivered and placed in position. The AC condenser was also delivered and put on a pad at the back of the house. Looks like it needs some final leveling still. The neighbor across the street also got his demo permit, so it looks like the house will […]
